1、 Bachelor degree or above，major in machinery or engineering related.

2、 Project management or quality management around 1~2 years’ experience, Automotive related experience is preferred,

3、 English CET-6 above , Good spoken and written English skills,

4、 Good leaning ability, Good character shaping, and Great Attitude.

5、 Can afford work under pressure, Can accept extra time work and business trip.

6、 Familiar with Aluminum die casting/CNC Machining/surface treatment process preferred.

4、 Familiar with quality tools ,such as TS16949,8D,（APQP、PPAP、MSA、SPC、CP&FMEA）and QC7 tools.
